Having received my real estate license in 1979, it has allowed me the opportunity of working in all sorts of markets, from interest rates back then at 17% as well as the ups and downs along the way. Experience? I've got it. I joined Raveis over 15 years ago and have gained a wealth of knowledge from its extensive marketing and technology training, which has kept me "up to the minute." I take pride and satisfaction for being recognized by my clients for helping them stay calm and positive thru one of life's most stressful times. My business has derived from marketing but predominately from referrals from past clients as well as clients with whom I have had the pleasure of representing for several transactions over the years.

Niche Marketing

I specialize in helping those who are downsizing, moving to be nearer to family members or moving for an alternate life style. Many of my clients are adult children of parents who are moving to a senior or assisted living facility or have passed away. I am able to help them by recommending services that specialize in handling matters such as on-line auctions, or cleaning out homes by purchasing or donating items and also removing those items that are not wanted. I am also able to help by recommending local moving companies and making changes in utility services, all which lessens the burden on loves ones.
