Experience

After beginning my career with a small family-owned real estate company in Duxbury and later working with a large international firm in the 1990s, I joined William Raveis Real Estate in 2003. I was selected to serve as Sales Manager for the newly established Duxbury office, where I recruited and mentored both new and experienced agents while overseeing the development and launch of the Railroad Avenue location. In 2014, I spearheaded the recruitment of a talented team of Plymouth-based agents to establish William Raveis' Plymouth office, where I also served as Sales Manager. I was honored to be recognized as Sales Manager of the Year for the Massachusetts region in both 2010 and 2013. As Sales Manager and later Vice President of Sales, I was responsible for the leadership, growth, and success of two high-performing offices. My role focused on agent development, business growth, and delivering exceptional service to clients and communities throughout the South Shore. In 2019, I transitioned from management to return to my true passion, working directly with buyers and sellers. Today, I bring the same leadership experience, market knowledge, and commitment to service to every client I represent.
