Deb got her start working on legislative policy in Congress, and after 7 years in Washington, DC, she moved to Massachusetts where she has lived for the past 20+ years. She worked at Salem Hospital, the Massachusetts Hospital Association, and the Essex National Heritage Commission. Deb also served as Executive Director of the Marblehead Chamber of Commerce, where she was honored to work with the local business community. She was also on the Marblehead Conservation Commission. Prior to William Raveis, Deb was Director of Strategy & Outreach at the MIT International Design Center, a multi-disciplinary community of faculty, researchers, labs and students from across all five schools at MIT.

Community Involvement
Deb volunteers with the Plummer Home, several animal rescue groups and helps out with the Masons. She has 3 teenage children in Marblehead, and is always looking for ways to give back.
