My experience(s) selling a home in the suburban NY/NJ/CT a decade ago was difficult, Agents showed up with ?just anyone looking? at a potential purchase and took several years to bring to sale. That property was placed ?ON? and ?OFF? the market more than a few times?the overall experience was terrible.



Much to my surprise, David and his Company brought in almost immediately(days!!) a qualified Buyer who quickly fell in love with my home. I don?t know what ?magic? was used by him, but except for awaiting the commitment of a Mortgage Bank to finance the Buyers?I needed to begin packing my home contents almost immediately.
