Dave has years of experience in real estate, construction, renovation, and surveying. Today more than ever, Dave’s experience is key to helping you navigate your real estate transaction. A 7th generation Vermonter, Dave has deep roots in our home state. He grew up in Waitsfield on his family’s farm that is now known as the Von Trapp farm. After he graduated from Vermont Technical College with a degree in Civil Engineering Technology, he worked on the interstate highway system as a surveyor and project engineer. He proudly served with the 82nd Airborne Division stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Having owned and operated his own tree farm for most of his life, Dave’s connection to Vermont’s land and culture are unparalleled. He has expertise in owning, working, and building on Vermont land and he has more than 30 years of experience in specialty construction. His cumulative work experience gives Dave the wisdom, perspective, and knowledge to make his clients’ goals a reality.
