"Here's my quick, long story. My wife and I have to move to the Western Mass area within 3 months for work. I called Dan, explained my situation, the type of community we like to be apart of and he sprung into action around how to help us. 2 weeks later we flew out and he lined up over 10 places to see on a Saturday and we went to about 10 more open houses on a Sunday. He met us at our hotel early Saturday morning and spent his ENTIRE day shuttling us to all these homes, explaining the areas and giving us his honest opinion on each home. We found a home that week, put in an offer, they accepted and we had our home for the next 4-5 years... well that's what we thought. The seller decided to back out of the deal as they got a better offer shortly after they signed our offer sheet which legally bound them to sell to us.
