I lived in Connecticut (a 3 hour ride away) so I was not always able to get right away. I missed out on seeing a lot of homes, but Colin was always kind and understanding. I also lost a lot of homes because I had to sell my home before I could purchase one here in Maine. My home was under contract, but many sellers here in Maine were afraid the deal would not go through, so they took someone elses offer. After many months of looking and trying I finally got this home in Sanford.

Colin was so helpful on the closing day. My daughter and I were driving up in a rented van with all my animals. My furniture was being brought to the house later in the day. Colin offered to meet me at the Maine Mall and drive me to the lawyers office in South Portland. It made things go so much easier.

With the pandemic and being so far away Colin had his work cut out for him to find me a home that would be good for me, but he did it!

I am and elderly person living alone, so you know what "we" can be like........Colin may have had moments thought he would never find a place for me, but he didn't let on...........he would just say "We will find you a place!"

I hope this note will be enough to let you know what a great job Colin did for me. I am very happy here. I get to go to the beach (only approx. 20 mins. away) at least once a week and walk on the beach.
