"I first met Cheryl in February, 2017, when I was interviewing realtors to sell a lot and trailer in CT from my mothers estate that was in probate. Cheryl was calm, kind, knowledgeable, and was the only realtor I interviewed who was licensed in both CT and RI. She was able to determine a reasonable price for the property. Once again, Cheryl made the home buying process seem practically effortless and we closed at the end of March. <br /> <br />There was no question when we wanted to sell our primary residence In March of 2018 it was time to call Cheryl. She once again had her photographer take the photos that were put on the real estate sites on the internet that resulted in multiple offers and a solid purchase and sale agreement in a couple of weeks time. Cheryl was truly exceptional dealing with moving.
