Niantic is not only the place where Carter conducts his business, but a place he thoroughly enjoys living. He appreciates and respects the shoreline and is very active in coastal activities such as boating, sailing, fishing, kayaking, and surfing. When not on the ocean, you can find Carter, his dog, and his partner shifting gears on classic vehicles through beautiful nearby farmland, camping throughout the northeast and traveling to new and exciting destinations. He is not only your real estate agent; he is your neighbor, fishing buddy, garage wood/metal worker, and backyard mechanic. Carter is also small local business owner. He and his partner Sarah rent out kayaks and paddleboards to Niantic and surrounding communities.
