Aysim worked with us on two transactions--an off and on, protracted search over 2 years for a new home and the subsequent sale of the old one. Our experience with Aysim was 5-star in every respect.

During our search process, Aysim showed us many options--free standing houses, condos, high-rise, low-rise, etc. She was very patient with us, and we never felt any pressure to purchase anything. The goal was always to find what was ideal for us. When we eventually found exactly what we were looking for, she was helpful in making a "buy" decision, worked with us on negotiations, and stayed with the process through closing.

With the sale of our existing home, she was helpful in setting a realistic asking price, very skillful and active in marketing the home. She negotiated the final deal and, again, stayed with us through closing.
