My one request going into this deal was that Ashley's team needed to handle everything on my behalf as I am not local to the property. Ashley was able to arrange for housekeepers to arrive the day my tenants moved out along with her photography team to swiftly shoot the property as we only had a short two-week window to show the unit before the new tenants arrived to the unit. Within a few days the property was under contract. The sales price broke a record for the building as it is now the highest-ever recorded sale in the building closing at over $1,100 / sq ft.
