Arben Belica Bio

Born and raised in the beautiful State of Connecticut and father to three beautiful children, I earned an Associates’ degree with a major in Finance from Naugatuck Valley Community College and a Bachelors’ degree in Managerial Information Systems from Western Connecticut State University. I have been a licensed real estate agent in Connecticut since 2002 and love what I do! I represent Buyers and Sellers in the New Haven County, Hartford County, Litchfield County, Middlesex County and Fairfield County areas. I am happy to travel to any part of the State to fulfill any real estate requirement. As an agent, I deliver strength while demonstrating compassion and patience throughout the process of buying or selling. Ensuring my clients’ needs and wishes always comes first, I bring market knowledge, timely communication, and negotiating skills to every transaction. At the end of the day, my passion is Real Estate and witnessing the smiles on my client’s faces at the closing table. There is nothing that satisfies me more than helping my clients achieve their real estate goals. Beyond work, I love spending time with my loved ones, exercising, traveling, and just enjoying life – there’s nothing better than spending time with the people you love.
