We couldn?t have asked for more professional attention, not to mention friendship. Your sense of humor and down-to-earth approach made house hunting so much easier. We and the Marcus family are delighted with the house on Honeyman as you can see from the attached pictures. We had a picnic on the deck last night and the kids ran around the house, inside and out, excited to say the least.

We do need to ask you for one more thing: the key to the front door ? apparently the key we have works only for the back door.

Selling a home can be a stressful event especially in late fall and around the holidays. Having you as our agent was the best thing that could have happened to our family. Your knowledge of the overall process was impressive. From the very beginning your advice with market analysis helped us set our asking price. Once we established this target you worked with us doing a detailed house inspection. Based on this inspection you offered advice on what you felt we should do before putting the house on the market if we wanted to get our asking price.

To have a 1st open house on a Sunday and receiving an offer the following day for 99% of our asking price, what could be better.
