Amy is a great realtor probably because she is an awesome person. We were thrilled to work with her. Her vision and "can-do" attitude was refreshing and we look forward to working with her again. A real gem!
Ted Doherty (Wellesley)

Jace & Sarah (Salem, MA)

"Amy recently helped my significant other and I find the perfect home! She was very patient and understanding of our specific needs. She was very pleasant to work with and helpful throughout the entire process. She really went above and beyond! We would highly recommend Amy!"
Jaimie Correira (Taunton)

"I was so fortunate to have found Amy Jacobson to handle my rental property in Newton! Amy went above and beyond in every way to make sure that the property was shown at its best, and to find highly qualified tenants. After only two days on the market, I signed a lease with ideal tenants. Amy was an absolute pleasure to work with. I recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a competent, personable, and caring agent who will do whatever it takes to provide seller, buyer, landlord or tenant with the best of outcomes."
Batsheva Fenster (Newton)

"Amy is the reason my family and I live in our dream home.
Since beginning our search, we worked with three agents before finding exactly what we were looking for in Amy. She is without a doubt a strategic agent and negotiator who positioned us to win our bid once we found the perfect property. More importantly, however, Amy went above and beyond to become a true partner from start to finish and somebody that my wife and I trust whole heartedly. Her communication is quick and clear. She is always honest and makes decisions with only her clients' interests in mind. She was flexible to our preferences and input but also fully ready to take the reins & remove absolutely everything from our plate. She sold our condo in Boston well above asking and seamlessly handled all of the logistics and negotiations for the purchase our current home. Somehow, Amy did all of this while making us laugh along the way.
The long and short: When you choose Amy, do so because she is the best agent you could ask for, but don't be surprised when all is said and done if you find yourself calling Amy a friend -- I certainly did."
Brendan Carroll (Sharon, MA)

"Amy just helped me buy a condo in my dream neighborhood in the midst of a Pandemic. Amy stayed on top of the process from start to finish. She kept me focused on my goal and offered her perspective at key points. I found the perfect place in my budget in South Boston. Thanks to Amy, her responsiveness and skills, the seller cancelled the planned, upcoming open houses and chose my offer over two other competing ones that first day!
My family first recognized Amy's talents as a realtor when she sold a home in one week for the highest selling price ever paid in our suburban neighborhood! I knew then that she was who I would want in my corner when it came time to find a place of my own. Amy's amazing - good judgement, responsiveness, an easy rapport with other agents, a supportive presence who remained enthusiastic (even as I wondered if I would be successful in this competitive market) and extremely well organized."
Tom Ubaldino (Boston, MA)

"My husband and I needed to move to the Boston area for my job in the summer of 2021, and we were daunted at the prospect of being able to find anything within a tight time frame. One of the things that impressed me most about Amy was that she picked up on our tastes and preferences right away, and did a fantastic job putting together viewings for us. She was also very thorough in communicating with the selling agents to make sure we had all the information we needed when it came to putting together the strongest possible offer. We were able to find a house we loved so much faster than we expected and we absolutely couldn't have done it without Amy; not just because of her strategy but because of her friendly nature and personalized approach. We can't wait to recommend her to any friends or acquaintances of ours who are looking for a home in the Boston area!"
Tara Gragg (Dedham, MA)

"This was our first home buying experience and Amy was absolutely fantastic. She remained patient even in times of biggest indecisiveness and was always available and enthusiastic while providing her expertise. Amy often brought up things in the house we did not notice before. Did not pressure us at all but was always there to act fast when needed. We could also rely on her great network - she was able to facilitate quick support from her colleagues in lending and legal side. Timely communication, flexibility to work around my work schedule (frequently after or before office hours) was something I really appreciated too. Highly recommended!"
Joanna Matloka (Medford, MA)

"At every step of the way, Amy excelled in helping our daughter find her first home. Whether researching Boston neighborhoods or driving to showings and open houses, Amy remained enthusiastic. We appreciated her positive, upbeat manner and enthusiasm for the process as Alena refined her priorities for a home. It was during the Purchase and Sale period that Amy again showed what makes her a great agent. She stayed on top of the negotiation process and every deadline and maintained a positive rapport with the seller's representative. Finally, It makes a difference to have a realtor like Amy who is so well supported by the team at Raveis. We would use Amy for all our future real estate needs."
Cathy Ubaldino (Boston)

"Amy was far and away one of my favorite people to work with. My fiance and I were looking for a 2 bedroom apartment around Newton or Brookline. My fiance is very particular about what he wants, and a lot of our parameters didn't easily fit into an MLS search. Instead of bombarding our inbox with MLS finds that wouldn't quite fit us, Amy took her time to send us only things that fit all our parameters. She is also personable, friendly, patient, and, most importantly honest. Unlike some other brokers we have worked with, she never made exaggerated claims about an apartment, neighborhood, or how hot the market in a specific neighborhood was and was saintly in her patience with us as we searched. My fiance and I looked at well over a dozen apartments with Amy over 3 months and she was always patient, never pushy, and offered upfront and honest advice, even if it meant we needed to keep looking. We felt so comfortable with her and the next time we move, I can't imagine working with anyone other than Amy. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone who is looking to move."
Alyssa Baringer (Newton, MA)

I really can't review Amy highly enough. My fiancee and I looked at 38 apartments (not all of them with Amy and yes that is the real number) before we finally picked one. Amy was there with us from the beginning and never gave up. While most of the people we worked with gave up on us, she kept trying. I believe I am probably black listed by the rest of the realtor's we worked with (which is a lot of people) for my "fussiness".
I honestly have no idea how we would have solved the problem of moving if she hadn't been there.
