To start off, my 59-year old sister passed away in November and being her executor, one of the many things I was tasked with was selling her condo. I knew it was going to be very emotional to pack up her things to donate as she wanted and then put the condo up for sale after 25 years of her living there, all while living in New Jersey. Amy was more than just a realtor. It was almost like she knew me and my sister our whole lives. She helped me pack, she coordinated a truck to take all the donations, she brought back the cable box, she hired a cleaning lady, she put in a new smoke detector, amongst many other things when I went back to New Jersey.
