Karen Hogan is a professional Hamptons real estate agent in the Montauk Office of William Raveis Real Estate(FormerlyTown & Country Real Estate) servicing Montauk, Amagansett, and East Hampton. Karen was born and raised on the south shore of Long Island and spent her summers at every sandy stretch from Montauk to Gilgo Beach. For the last 20+ years, Karen has called Montauk her summer home. Karen attended Pace University, earning a BA in Communications, and, Columbia University, where she received an MBA in Finance. She began her career in the financial service industry, developing and selling financial products to the corporate and institutional marketplace. She spent several years at the NASDAQ stock market, responsible for business development and managing relationships with its largest financial clients. Karen’s ability to identify and analyze client needs has positioned her well for a career in real estate. Karen is the President of the coop board of the building where she has lived for many years and is responsible for financial management, capital improvement projects, and balancing shareholder interests with the economics of ownership. An avid runner, beachgoer, and school volunteer, Karen lives with her family on the upper west side of Manhattan during the ‘off season’.
