Originally from Boston, Kim Darling has a deep affection for the North Shore, where she's built strong roots and has called home for over 20 years. Kim's professional journey began in banking at Mellon Financial, a prominent wealth management company, where she honed her financial expertise, and expanded into the management of one of the Elizabeth Grady franchises in two locations for 12 years. Working closely with the franchise owner, she developed strong leadership and operational expertise. This diverse experience led Kim to pursue a lifelong passion for animals, founding Kimmy's Kare, a small business providing exceptional pet care services. Through Kimmy's Kare, she built a respected reputation across the North Shore for integrity, unwavering dedication, transparency and steadfast reliability, all while balancing the joy of raising a family. The success of this venture was incredibly fulfilling, allowing Kim to merge the joy of raising her family with her passion for animals while building a successful small business that reflected those values. While she deeply enjoyed the rewards of entrepreneurship, she knew it was time for a new challenge. A pivotal conversation with a dear friend and client inspired her to pursue a real estate license, and she eagerly embraced the opportunity. She is also deeply committed to actively supporting Ella's Army, a 501(c)(3) a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds and awareness for pediatric cancer and the families it impacts.
