For Julie Gulbin, real estate is about connection - to people, to place, to home. Real estate is centered around property, but at its core its about building and maintaining relationships built on trust and integrity. I believe that in order to be successful in real estate, whether you are representing the buyer or the seller, you must listen and understand your clients wants and needs, says Julie. With a background in pharmaceutical sales, real estate was a natural fit for Julie, who loves meeting new people, helping them navigate transactions and maintaining the friendships she cultivates. She spent her childhood in Westchester County and has called Fairfield home for nearly 20 years. She's licensed in both NY and CT and knows Fairfield and the surrounding areas inside and out...from neighborhoods to schools to restaurants and everything in between and works within all property types. Julie loves the diversity of real estate. Not only does she get to help fulfill their dreams and desires- "Each person and family is so unique." she says but she also gets to discovers and uncover so many types of homes, each with their own defining style and energy. With five children (ages 19 to 12) and two golden retrievers, Julie's life is always an adventure but she loves every minute of it. "Real estate is the perfect career for my go-g-go lifestyle". When she's not assisting clients, you can find Julie crisscrossing Fairfield to attend her kids' sporting events, spending time with friends, and hanging out at the beach with her dogs.
