I feel that real estate, done properly, is extremely complex and requires a long time to reach mastery. Consumers are bombarded with information, to the point of overload. All that information is ultimately useless without the expertise to apply it. I take this information and turn it into knowledge, upon which action can be taken to enable you to make a truly informed decision. Buying or selling is the biggest financial transaction you'll ever be a part of. The difference between poor representation and great representation can be measure in tens of thousands of dollars! When I walk my dog along the beaches in Swampscott, I pinch myself that I am lucky enough to call it my home! I was born in Swampscott and happily reside here now. I am an active member of our community and enjoy raising my two children here. For many years, I lived in Marblehead and have a deep love and understanding of both towns. I come from a family of contractors and have a deep appreciation for quality construction and craftsmanship. In my "down-time," you'll find me binge-watching "This Old House"!
