I have been in the real estate business since 2016 as an assistant to a mega producer, under whom I learned how the business is conducted, contracts structured and follow up for a successful closing. I also managed as point of contact for sellers in distress undergoing a Short sale, I learned the art of negotiating and how to fight fairly for my clients.

Melissa enjoys finding the ideal property for her buyers and will always try new and creative ways to market her listings so that they sell for the most money, in the least amount of time with as little stress to the homeowner as possible. Melissa is connected to many local resources which prove to be invaluable before, during, and after a transaction such as: home staging, handyman services, mortgage, insurance support, and home inspections/testing services. From preparing a house to go on the market to getting the last truckload moved out, Melissa will be there to oversee the process and make sure her clients are 100% satisfied with the results of her effort
