Lisa Theiss is a senior real estate executive serving as Vice President of Business Development, Westchester County for William Raveis Real Estate. She leads strategic growth, recruiting, performance management, and daily operations for more than 150 affiliated sales associates and employees across the Armonk, Chappaqua, and Yorktown offices. During her 11-year tenure with William Raveis, Lisa has built and transformed high-performing offices throughout Westchester County. She successfully launched and grew the Scarsdale office and elevated the Armonk office from a satellite location to the #1 New York office in 2025. Her strength in recruiting, talent development, and culture-building has driven sustained revenue growth and positioned her offices among the top-performing in the Raveis network. With more than 29 years in the real estate industry, Lisa has served in multiple leadership capacities, including Licensed Real Estate Managing Broker. Prior to transitioning into management, she was a consistent top-producing sales associate, specializing in the luxury market and earning Diamond, Gold, and Platinum awards from the Westchester Board of Realtors. She also managed sales and marketing for Cider Mill, a gated luxury townhome community in Armonk, overseeing the successful positioning and sell-through of new construction residences. Her hands-on leadership style is grounded in firsthand field experience, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the business at every level. Lisa is widely recognized for driving innovation, agent productivity, and operational excellence while maintaining a strong commitment to client-centered service. Her in-depth knowledge of the Westchester marketplace, combined with a forward-looking understanding of industry trends, has earned her the respect and trust of colleagues, agents, and clients alike. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Villanova University. She raised her three children in Armonk, where she resides with her husband, Charles, and their Labrador retrievers, Hudson and Henry.
