Karen Stiles Jones was raised in the Pioneer Valley and moved to Florida in 1982, where she raised two children. In 2009, after 27 years away, she returned home to Amherst, bringing with her a deep appreciation for the challenges families face when relocating across the country. With extensive real estate experience and a passion for helping others, Karen formed the Stiles Dunn Team with her son Luke Dunn, later welcoming Will Mair and Stephan Wright to the group. Luke, a graduate of Florida State University, certified FAA Drone Pilot, and a high school lacrosse coach. Will, a lifelong Massachusetts resident and proud UMass Amherst alumnus, combines strong communication skills with a competitive drive rooted in his background as a high-level athlete. Stephan, an Amherst native, brings years of experience in barbering and cosmetology-skills that have helped him master relationship building and community connection.
