With over 25 years in the real estate and banking industries, Patricia Del Giorno has the local experience you’re looking for. Pat made her mark on the real estate world when she was recruited to a large financial institution to facilitate the sale of $20M worth of bank owned assets between 1997 and 2001. This success was quickly followed up as Pat went on to build and manage a portfolio of $250M+- in construction loans; a program that she successfully oversaw for nearly a decade. After 13 years of working directly with brokers, agents, developers, and clients in her capacity as an asset and portfolio manager, Pat took her next step and became a real estate agent in 2010. Now licensed as a broker, and with nearly a decade and a half of real estate sales experience in Southern Vermont, Pat has joined forces with William Raveis Real Estate.
