Monika formerly owned her own boutique-style real estate and mortgage company and moved from Bay Harbor Island to Naples, Florida, in 2005. Originally from Hungary, over 24 years in Florida real estate with 20 years experience in the Naples luxury real estate market. Before joining William Raveis in July 2024, and for approximately 10 years, Monika's experience included working with a local top-ranked luxury real estate agent servicing high-end properties. Monika's main focus was representation of Buyers. She now enjoys dedicating her knowledge to guiding both Buyers and Sellers, introducing Buyers to the Naples luxury real estate market and serving Sellers with the utmost professionalism. She treats her listings as investments and offers insightful counsel, from strategic guidance to all-inclusive solutions to improve the value and appearance of the property for a well-positioned sale.
