Annie Franzen is a born and raised Connecticuter who has lived in towns all over Fairfield and New Haven counties. She knows first hand all that this small but mighty state has to offer and is excited to share that with you! She is trustworthy, sincere, and dedicated to creating the most positive experience possible for her clients. She loves working with first time home buyers and sharing in the excitement of this new phase in your lives. After obtaining her bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Annie spent the first decade of her career developing her professional skills in the hospitality industry. Working to curate fun and fulfilling experiences for guests in restaurants and hotels helped her develop the transferable skills perfect for a career in real estate. These include her dependability, patience, and calm demeanor, which all help to guide you through the exciting and sometimes stressful experiences of buying and selling property. Annie spends her free time engaging her passion for cooking by creating elaborate meals for her family and friends. So, needless to say, she appreciates an aesthetically pleasing kitchen! Questions?
