Ted has been an active in the Palm Beach real estate market since 2011, entering the real estate profession after many successful years in the construction industry as a Licensed Contractor. His experience ranges from marine, environmental and industrial projects to mixed-use development, luxury residential construction, and historic renovation. A former member of The City of West Palm Beach’s Historic Preservation Board, Ted has a special appreciation for historic neighborhoods and homes as well as a thorough understanding of the nuances that come with a sale, purchase and ownership in those areas. With a reputation for producing results for all his clients, Ted is extremely strong in the areas of marketing, negotiating, transactional management, market intelligence, and relationship building.
