Pam is a member of the Shoreline Eldercare Alliance and the Shoreline Chamber of Commerce. She also is a regular contributing columnist to the Shoreline Times with her column "Senior Scoop", addressing issues affecting the senior population, which is one of her niche markets. Additionally, she has served and supported each community within which she was a member, at various times and in many capacities, whether it be in her son's schools or sports organizations; various organizations affiliated with her profession; her church communities; her neighborhood communities; and causes personally affecting her such as the American Heart Association and associations affiliated with cancer research.
Pam was born and raised in Connecticut and lived and worked in Fairfield, Hartford, and New Haven Counties, as well as Boston, Massachusetts. She currently resides in Branford. Pam is a second generation realtor, following in her mother's footsteps, also a Raveis agent!
Pam has an eye for craftsmanship, quality and beauty which has been carried through in landscaping, gardening, and interior design. Coupled with extensive personal experience in home renovation and design, her passion for and knowledge of real estate is a bonus in the residential market. Having lived in southern Fairfield County for several years, and working as a caterer in and around Westchester County, Pam has honed her affinity for opulence that is well served in the luxury properties market. Pam brings unique perspective to the real estate business after a lengthy career with the Connecticut Judicial Department. While maintaining inherent guiding principles of honesty, integrity, and plain common sense, she has transferred skills gleaned from working in the criminal justice system to real estate. She investigates houses and neighborhoods for buyers, she tracks down and screens buyers for sellers, and maintains laser focus on her clients' priorities. Having sharp negotiation and problem-solving expertise along with a high degree of emotional intelligence always puts her clients at ease. She is no stranger to hard work and as an organizer has been known to roll up her sleeves to help pack up, clean up and get people moved (even when they are stuck, or in another state!). This comes in handy for everyone, but especially for her senior clientele, with whom she specializes--and she is even a regular contributing columnist in the Shoreline Times, a local newspaper. Her column "Senior Scoop" covers all topics relating to important issues experienced by the older generations. Finally, her art school background comes in handy when clients need a designing eye, or advice on staging a home. No matter the job, she gets it done!!!
Having lived and worked in various different parts of Connecticut, Pam knows the state well. If she does not feel comfortable serving a specific area, she can refer you to a competent counterpart!
I have an SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation, which gives me expertise in meeting the special needs of maturing property sellers and buyers by helping to identify the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions. I am a member of the Shoreline Eldercare Alliance; I love working with Seniors and have the patience needed to help guide them. Additionally, I write a column entitled "Senior Scoop" which appears regularly in the local newspaper, Shoreline Times.
