With over 20 years of professional experience in financial services, customer service and sales management I've had the good fortune to learn from many talented people. Learning from top tier professionals regarding customer experience delivery, operational soundness, sales management, coaching techniques and relationship building has led me to realize that people are my passion.
I enjoy having the ability to deepen a relationship with a client or someone to whom I'm providing free counseling and guidance, an employee or colleague to even connecting with folks I've just met. Gaining an understanding of how I can help is something that is truly rewarding for me.
I've been fortunate enough to volunteer for several local non-profits and I really enjoy helping them grow if even the smallest of ways: providing free financial advice to women in transition at WE CAN, building a fundraiser from scratch within a matter of weeks for the Cape and Islands Police K-9 Relief Fund, serving on local boards, and overseeing one of the largest networking events on Cape Cod in back-to-back years. The commonality in these responsibilities is people. Connecting with and providing exceptional service to individuals and organizations is something that continues to drive and motivate me.
In my role as a Manager at William Raveis Real Estate, I can combine my varied experience to oversee a top producing firm on Cape Cod.
