About Dave Ryan

Bio

David Ryan, a veteran Hamptons real estate salesperson for 20 years, started his career at the former Tuma Agency. Having lived in Montauk since 1983, David knows every inch of Montauk and all that it has to offer from the Atlantic Ocean to the Long Island Sound, from Montauk Point to the Nappeague Stretch. Passionate about introducing customers to the wonders of the East End, David attributes his real estate success on his ability to "find buyers just the right fit." One of his standout properties on the market this season is a stunning Montauk estate listed for $8.8 million with views of Block Island Sound and Fort Pond Bay as well as a path to a secluded private beach. When not showing homes or meeting with homeowners about the value of their home, David can be found out and about taking photographs of the beauty that surrounds him. He enjoys sailing and fishing in the waters in and around Montauk. Ever committed to his community, when duty calls David balances life and work as a volunteer for the Montauk Fire Department and Ambulance and serves as Chief.
