Having spent years immersed in production management and finance, I decided to pivot and bring my experience and negotiation skills to the world of real estate. As a result of raising my family here and being an active member of my community, my wide SOI and client base are the foundation of my business.
I take great joy in helping people reach their real estate goals. From first time home buyers and home sellers, to repeat customers and investors, my superior service, market expertise and a creative approach is tailored to my client?s unique needs and my guidance will create a smooth transition during a process which can often be emotional, intimidating, and overwhelming.

Experience
After more than 20 years in the real estate industry, I took the next step into running a team of agents for William Raveis in Scarsdale in 2018. Born and raised here, and having graduated from Scarsdale High School myself, I know firsthand what a privilege it is to call Scarsdale and Westchester County home. What I love most about my current role as Strategic Growth Manager is watching my agents succeed; knowing that my leadership, mentoring, coaching and support in creating a realistic business plan empowers my team to achieve their personal and financial goals. In turn, agents can use their business development, training, and experience to help home buyers and sellers through some of the most important decisions of a lifetime.

Together with our in-office Marketing Coordinator, I work as part of a team supporting our agents and clients in every transaction. We provide an in-office marketing support. From strategy and client service to digital design, advertising, and social media, we provide a dedicated resource to maximize the profile and the value of our clients' homes and while helping our sales associates grow their business. The key to building a successful team is providing our sales associates with better marketing, better tech, better tools, and better teamwork, which combine for a smoother sale. It is an approach I wholeheartedly embrace.
