Personal

Amanda is a Cape Cod native growing up on the water in Falmouth that considers herself truly blessed. Her passion is Real Estate and she works very hard to make sure her clients realize their dreams. Having lived on the Cape for nearly 35 years & having a father as a High-End Builder with an impeccable reputation (Cataldo Custom Builders), She has the knowledge and resources to get things done as seamlessly as possible. She services Cape Cod, the Islands and southeastern Mass. She is also part of the Luxury Relocation team which is affiliated with over 70 countries so she can help find top agents all over the world when her clients relocate. When she is not doing Real Estate Amanda is barrel racing all over New England with her horses, dogs, and family. She is married to Michael DeFazio and has 3 young children. She also enjoys boating with friends and family and visiting the families second home she grew up at on an Exclusive little Island called Cuttyhunk.
