Alyse is the proud owner of AM Properties Team. She specializes in residential real estate and is also part of our elite Sports and Entertainment Division, catering to the relocation needs of athletes at both the Collegiate and Professional Levels.

Alyse is a Realtor who takes her time getting to know her clients by learning to understand all of their needs while navigating them through today's ever-changing real estate market. Her dedication to her clients is evident before, during and even long after their real estate transactions have been successfully completed. Alyse is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, Northeast Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the Contra Costa Association of Realtors. Alyse also has a devotion to education and holds her teacher's certification with both the Massachusetts and California Departments of Education.

Born and raised with her two sisters in Massachusetts, Alyse has deep roots and a passion for the Boston area. Her father is a retired Boston Police Captain and she follows in her mother's Realtor footsteps. She earned her Bachelor of Arts and Science in Communications with a major in Marketing at Suffolk University, and her Master of Education at Cambridge College. Her backgrounds in the fields of communications and education have given her the strong leadership skills needed to ensure a seamless transaction, while being able to carefully guide her clients through the real estate process from beginning to end.

Having worked in real estate on both the East Coast and the West Coast, Alyse's experience began in college. Her first year as a licensed Realtor, Alyse was proud to win the coveted Rookie of the Year Award. She has also been the recipient of many President's Club awards. With experience ranging from first time homebuyers to developers, investors and contractors, Alyse believes that the key to her success is treating each and every transaction with the utmost care, respect and professionalism. Even once the transaction closes, she will be there for all of her client's needs, as she believes it is a great honor to help people transition homes and prides herself in her Client Appreciation Program. A large portion of her business is based upon repeat customers and referrals from happy clients, while her business model is simple, "treat people how you would want to be treated." Alyse has a true love and passion for real estate and is a strong believer that continuous education is crucial in order to be constantly learning and growing with today's market.

In her spare time, what Alyse enjoys most is spending time with her friends and family. She is exceptionally proud of her seven nieces and nephews, and when she is not helping clients with real estate needs, you can usually find her watching her "Lucky 7" playing sports, participating in school activities, riding horses, playing hockey, and Irish step dancing. She also loves history and enjoys exploring historical landmarks on the East Coast. She has a deep love for Cape Cod and spends as much time on the Cape's beautiful beaches as she can.

Alyse also enjoys volunteering for Habitat for Humanity and Cops for Kids with Cancer and raising money for the William Raveis Charitable Fund. With each closed sale, Alyse makes a donation to a charitable organization as a way of giving back to her community.

Due to her genuine love of real estate, her compassion and care for clients, her tough negotiation skills and top-notch knowledge of the local market, Alyse's clients are in great hands. Her integrity, compassion and strong work ethic always shine through.
