Charles Ferraro - President
Charlie oversees corporate mortgage banking operations in CT, MA, RI, NY and NH. With 30 years in the real estate business and a Lifetime Achievement Award from the MA Mortgage Bankers, Charlie brings a wealth of experience and contacts throughout the industry that permit our mortgage company to be on the leading edge of innovation and expertise. Charlie received a BA in Economics from Fairfield University and an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Babson College.

Ryan Raveis - Executive Vice President
Ryan oversees the sales of William Raveis Mortgage, LLC in CT, NY, MA, RI, NH. During his tenure, William Raveis Mortgage, LLC has exceeded its 25+ year historical record sales volume and been recognized as one of the Top Places to Work by both the Commercial Record and Boston Business Journal. Prior to rejoining the family business, Ryan held positions with a top strategic management consulting and research services firm, as well as a venture-capital backed internet services firm, where he, in coordination with Freddie Mac and Lending Tree, led the implementation of the nation's first broker-direct online mortgage platform. Ryan received a BA from Williams College and an MBA from Babson College, Magna Cum Laude, in Finance & Entrepreneurship.

Janet Fell - Sr Vice President, Client Technologies Manager & Trainer
Janet is responsible for mortgage technology and training. With more than 20 years in the homeownership services industry, Janet brings a broad range of knowledge and experience with her background in technology, systems integration and testing, compliance, licensing and quality control. Prior to beginning her mortgage banking career Janet worked for 6 years as a realtor in Southeastern Connecticut.

Laura McConnaughay - Sr Vice President, Compliance & Licensing
Laura is responsible for compliance and administration. With over 30 years in the mortgage banking industry, Laura has served in various segments of the industry including banks, mortgage companies and as a consultant. Laura has opened loan administration operations for two companies and has served on the MA Mortgage Bankers Association. Her commitment to responsible lending and expertise in loan administration, operations, systems and compliance provide an extensive background to strengthen the quality of service and product offered. Laura is a graduate of North Park University, Chicago, IL.

Linda Dorsey – Sr Vice President, Operations
Linda is responsible for mortgage operations including processing, underwriting and closing. Linda started in the mortgage industry in 1985 with a local New England bank and has experience in various diverse operational positions prior to her current role with William Raveis Mortgage, LLC. Linda served on the Underwriting Advisory Board for Fannie Mae and is involved in various community programs within the City of Boston.

Mary Ellen Graziano - Sr Vice President, Secondary Marketing
Mary Ellen is responsible for secondary marketing. With over 24 years in the mortgage banking industry, Mary Ellen has developed key relationships with a diverse mix of national and local investors to expand the product line for William Raveis Mortgage, LLC. She has served on many advisory boards including the Secondary Marketing Advisory Board for Fannie Mae. Mary Ellen received a BA from Providence College and an MBA from Suffolk University.

Joshua Hollander – Vice President Sales and Marketing
Josh is responsible for sales and marketing in CT, MA and NY. He has over 17 years of financial services experience including 10 years leading high performing teams. Josh began his career as an investment banking analyst for Morgan Stanley & Co., helped build a personal finance startup sold to Mellon Financial and most recently was General Manager of a regional correspondent lender. Josh holds a BA in Economics from Williams College and he is a trustee of Hebrew Healthcare.

Elaine Orsini – Vice President Processing & Underwriting
Elaine is responsible for overseeing the daily responsibilities of the Underwriting/Processing Departments. As a driven, resourceful, and team-oriented executive with over 26 years of experience in the financial industry, Elaine has a successful record of accomplishment in the management of several Mortgage Operations with different organizations. Recognized for exceptional ability to stay educated in new mortgage/banking regulations and lead teams to achieve corporate and personal goals, she has been uniquely effective in building organizations through open channels of communications and cooperative relationships between management, investors and sales. She is extremely involved in charity work and is currently the Advisory Chair for a local Non-profit organization.

Pam Demirs – Manager Closing & Post Closing
Pam is responsible of the daily management of the Closing/Post Closing area. She comes to us with over 13 years in the Mortgage business and possesses a strong understanding of the mortgage process. Pam’s leadership has proven to be successful in meeting both personal and corporate goals and her hands-on style enables her to effectively manage. With her prior Senior Level Underwriting knowledge, she is able to understand the guidelines and requirements of our investors, which allows for a decrease in post-closing issues. Pam holds a BS degree from Saint Joseph College in CT and is a dedicated volunteer in the community.
