SCITUATE, MA— Chris Raveis, executive vice president and managing partner of William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance, is pleased to announce the company’s newest office in Scituate located at 161 Front Street.
The real estate company, which now maintains 15 Massachusetts offices, is the largest family-owned real estate Company in New England, and the third largest real estate company in the Bay State with a 2007 Massachusetts sales volume of $1 billion.
The Scituate location will be the company’s 60th office. “Within the past few years, our Norwell office developed a strong presence in the Scituate market,” stated Jill Duffy, Sales Manager for the Norwell and Scituate Offices, “and it became clear there was a significant opportunity for us to launch an office in the town. Although the trend among other firms is to consolidate or close offices, we are pleased that we are experiencing such continued expansion.”
