Staging the house - her team staged the house (no cost to us) and it was amazing/phenomenal

Marketing - she does EVERYTHING - pictures, websites, descriptions etc., etc.,
literally no stone unturned
. Creating the BUZZ throughout - we had 25 people in 3 hours during open house - we had showings scheduled before the house was on the market

Negotiating offers: navigating through some interesting options - very smart, knows the
realtors, mind sets, and whats important to buyers and what was important to us and
balanced both wonderfully

Speed - no one faster! She's like the Usane Bolt of realtors

Availability - her phone should be RED - it seemed before I called she was on the line
This more to say - but that sums up a few. I've sold 10+ houses - none easier, faster, more
seamless, and less stress thorughout the process - a great partner.
She earned her commission a few times over -
and more importantly she earned the above accolades and I am not an easy guy to impress
- I would much rather just complain about her!
