Since 2005, I have helped many clients achieved important financial goals through real estate transactions, through careful planning and avoiding potential pitfalls, for a wide range of clients and investment objectives.
I believe that local market knowledge, effective negotiation skills, and client-first philosophy are critical ingredients to success in this field. I stay current on latest real estate regulatory issues, market knowledge and industry trends through ongoing field training, community involvement in volunteering and advisory roles, and conducting public educational seminars.
My background includes a Bachelor of Science and a MBA candidacy from California (where I grew up and return frequently for family visits), over 15 years in marketing & sales industry, a business counseling certification, and mortgage consultation experience.
I have been a resident of Rhode Island for nearly 20 years.
