From the day you first met with Mom and became not only her realtor, but her friend, a true match was made. Mom trusted you with her beloved home, a trust she did not place in anyone else, even me! Hours were spent staging and executing an estate sale. In the end, you got the house ready to close. Additionally, we closed early, but you expertly navigated the closing without missing a beat.

Dear Mr. Raveis,
My mother, Miriam Folb, just sold her house in Norwalk. After interviewing several people she chose Susan and Steve Hanson as her agents. She chose them for two basic reasons. They sent her an impressive brochure / market analysis and they seemed to be very nice.
Her instincts were right on target. The house was sold to the second person who saw it and the Hansons proved to be beyond nice. In fact, they are the reason I'm writing this letter. Steven climbed a ladder on a sweltering summer day and fixed and cleaned a leader and gutters. They also took care of a tree that needed to be cleared. The most unbelievable thing they did, however, was held a tag sale for my mother. This required moving furniture, setting things up, tagging items with prices, spending a lovely Saturday in someone else's garage, and refusing to accept a cent for their time!
If there was a realtor's hall of fame for exceptional competence, kindness and attentiveness the Hansons would have a special place in it. You are lucky to have them as employees and we are lucky to have met them. Susan and Steven Hanson are a credit to their profession.

Not only are you good R.E. Agents but you should give classes on how agents should treat their clients.
I wish I had another house that you could sell for me. It was such a pleasure working with you. This place is O.K. Most of the people are friendly. They try to provide some sort of activities. We went to my niece in Stamford for Thanksgiving. It was fun, all family 38 people!
