In his current role as a non-competing Senior VP and sales manager, Kurt works to enable and empower his associates to be the consummate Realtors that they are. His goal is to help position each of his associates as the key real estate resource for their spheres of influence. Kurt is always readily available to provide his associates and their clients with his expertise in the areas of marketing, negotiating, staging, and the analysis of market trends. Before becoming a manager, Kurt was a successful local agent providing top-shelf real estate service to his clients throughout Concord, Lexington and surrounding towns since 1991. Professionalism in this industry comes from an unwavering commitment to the needs of clients, consistent communication, follow-up, and follow-through. By routinely exceeding these needs, Kurt has helped raise the bar of professionalism in real estate. Prior to his career in real estate, Kurt gained work, sales, and management experience while associated with such companies as Foreign Motors West, Alleghany Airlines, Aspen Airways, and Air New England. Kurt, his wife Jackie, and their three children live as fourth-generation Concordians on the old family farmstead in Concord and Carlisle. A 1976 graduate of Concord Carlisle High School and honor role graduate of East Coast Aero Technical College, Kurt is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker, Accredited Buyers Agent, Relocation Specialist, Negotiation Specialist, and is a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
