Throughout my career, I have built a dynamic team, The Macchi Group, comprising two other agents and a dedicated full-time administrative assistant. Together in 2023, we ranked within the top 2% in volume statewide and secured the #9 position for small teams companywide out of a pool of over 4500 agents and 140 offices in CT, FL, MA, ME, NH, NY, RI, SC, and VT. In 2023 alone, our small team's collective efforts resulted in closing over 40 transactions, totaling an impressive $43 million in sales propelling us into the elite Platinum Club within William Ravies. A core aspect of my professional ethos is mentorship. I derive immense satisfaction from guiding my agents to succeed in this competitive industry. Our team's primary focus revolves around treating our clients like family, prioritizing their needs, and safeguarding their best interests. We believe in fostering relationships rather than mere transactions, a philosophy that has organically grown our business through client referrals. My journey into real estate commenced in 2001, following a successful decade-long career as an interior designer. Coming from a family immersed in the construction industry, homes, building, and remodeling are integral parts of my DNA. Transitioning into real estate felt like a natural progression, allowing me to leverage my creativity and keen eye for design to provide unparalleled service to my clients. My meticulous attention to detail and organizational prowess are attributes that clients consistently appreciate. In my personal time I enjoy time with my family including my husband of 36 years, two grown children, daughter-in-law and four grandchildren. In my free time I love to garden, decorate and re-decorate my home, cook and recently I began my journey into making sourdough bread.

STAGING ​ The activity or practice of styling and furnishing a property for sale in such a way as to enhance its attractiveness to potential buyers Unlike most Realtors, Trina Macchi has the ability to completely transform your home in order to attract more buyers. We do not hire a "Home Stager", we oversee or do all the work ourselves. This translates into more profit for our sellers with none of the stress. We can bring in our in-stock furniture, accessories, lamps, rugs and bedding or we will work with what you already have. In some cases, by simply rearranging your furniture, repurposing rooms, painting walls and cabinets we can transform your home from nice to amazing achieving a higher profit to you. You might ask why is this necessary? Aren't homes selling regardless in this amazing seller's market? The answer is yes, but you may be leaving some serious money on the table. The majority of buyers cannot visualize what could be and will walk away from a property simply because a room is not being maximized or because they feel overwhelmed with the thought of removing wallpaper or painting. We take all the guesswork out of it so that buyers can visualize themselves living there, all at little or no cost to our sellers. What is the point of professional photos, video and 3D walk through tours if your house will appear unappealing to the buyers? Rarely is a house ready for photos as soon as we walk through the door. Sometimes it is just a matter of removing some of your personal items but if need be, we can take it to the next level quickly, cost effectively and efficiently. Our team consists of painters, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and movers that are all at our disposal.
