"Red Giovanucci literally changed my world. I was hoping to upgrade my current home in Humarock to find something closer to the river front. That is not impossible but definitely not a simple task with the lack of inventory on the Scituate side of the bridge. I asked Red to alert me whenever any home fitting that description was coming up on the market. In December of 2022 Red called to let me know she was able to identify a seller of one of the only river front properties I have been aware of in the last 10 years. After doing research I was able to find out that there had not been a house on the Humarock side of the river, between the two bridges, actually on the river, sold in the last 20 years. The seller wanted to get their asking price but did not want to put it on the market and go thru the ?process.? They wanted quick and simple so they sought out Red because of her professionalism and her reputation as being the real estate agent who finds the unicorn homes in the market and is able to match them to the perfect buyers. "I would like to recommend Red Giovanucci for your real estate needs. I met Red two years ago when searching for a seaside home in Humarock or Marshfield. She showed us several as they came on the market and gave us an honest opinion of each location, price and condition. We finally found one but lost it to another party while I was doing insurance research (you snooze, you lose) and we were very disappointed. A few months later that deal fell through when mortgage rates skyrocketed, and the sellers took it off the market. A year later, on a visit to the area we drove past the house and asked Red to see if the owners might still be interested in selling. She did and they were but subject to the owners finding another home to remodel or tear down and rebuild. Over several months, with Red?s help, we managed to persevere, and the sale was successful. This was all complicated and I?m glad we were working with Red. Having someone that knows the area and the real estate market when we lived 1500 miles away was a big comfort to us.
