For over 20 years Lisa Watkins has had a successful career in corporate brand marketing and consumer insights while buying and flipping properties on the side. Lisa turned her real estate obsession into her full-time career earning William Raveis Real Estate’s Rookie of the Year award in 2014. After a health induced hiatus, Lisa joined the Metalios Group at William Raveis in 2019. What sets Lisa apart from other realtors? The combination of her extensive professional marketing experience, creative thinking, data driven spreadsheet approach, broad network of resources, extensive knowledge of the renovation process, and stellar negotiating skills. Most importantly, Lisa cares deeply about her clients and helping them make the right decision with their real estate investment whether buying or selling. Lisa has lived in Fairfield County since 2004 and in Westport since 2008. She is married to Jake Watkins, an award winning architect at Roger Ferris and Partners, also an award winning architecture firm. Lisa has been known to procure Jake to her clients for sought after professional advice as part of her service. Lisa and Jake’s three very active children attend the Westport public schools and she has extensive knowledge of kids’ sports programs in Fairfield County—soccer (CFC), lacrosse (Grizzlies, Long Island Express North), ice hockey (Ice Cats), rowing, and dance as well as tennis and rowing programs for adults. If her children don’t play a particular sport of interest, Lisa knows someone who does—ask her!
