Judy worked harder than any Realtor that I have been associated with to find a home for me in the very short period of time I gave her to do so. I was trying to relocate to be closer to my children and she made the extra effort to find an appropriate place.
The negotiations on the house were not easy and Judy handled everything while I was still working out of State. Her foresight saved me over $10,000, in that she recommended extra inspections because of the age of the house.
