I am expert in land development, conservation, farms and estates; and have specialized in waterfront properties from throughout my career. My background is in the arts, jewelry design, contemporary art studio manager, photo/film studio manager, graduate of FIT in NYC. I was a NYC resident for 15 years, a Westchester Resident for 18; and have sold in CT since 1997. I have substantially rebuilt or renovated 4 houses personally, and designed and built a specialized garage with loft studio/apt for our car collection.
