I started my career in real estate in 1986. Prior to this I studied interior design I use this knowledge to help my sellers get the best price in the least amount of time. Sometimes all that is needed is to de-clutter and rearrange the furniture. Other times it will be a complete make over. I do not bring in fancy furniture. Often my sellers will say" I can't believe this is my house!" I also work with builders in designing new construction...I will take complete control in designing & development of the home.
