A Message from Bill RaveisIn 1974, I opened the first William Raveis Real Estate office in a room above a grocery store. My tools consisted of a desk, phone and an MLS book. My strength was our family, dreams and a passion to deliver the highest level of service to our customer. Now, 39 years later, I am proud to say that William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance is one of the top companies in the nation. I am particularly proud that my sons, Chris and Ryan, are actively involved in the company, as well. Now, with Chris as the Managing Partner of William Raveis NY and MA and Ryan in charge of our mortgage bankers, my dream of continuing in the family tradition for the next generation has materialized. Their hard work and expertise results in annual real estate sales of nearly $5.6 billion, 2,500 corporate relocation transferees a year and a total mortgage volume of $9 billion.
