The Festa | Foley Real Estate Team, serves Massachusetts’ South Shore and beyond. Chris Festa graduated from Westfield State College in 1994 with a degree in Business Management. He has been selling real estate as a licensed realtor since 2006 and has been a top producing over the past 10 years. Prior to his real estate sales career, Chris established Fairway Appraisal Services in 2004, which is a residential real estate appraisal company serving many area banks, mortgage companies and attorneys and is still fully operational. With Chris’s real estate sales and appraisal experience, his greatest strengths revolve around pricing, value, negotiating and analyzing market trends. Chris resides in Duxbury with his wife Theresa, his sons Shane and Matthew and his daughter Ainsley. Chris is involved with the South Shore community, coaching Baseball with the Boston Prospects which is a club travel baseball program and is also a member at Marshfield Country Club as an avid golfer. Prior to Chris’s real estate endeavors, he played professional baseball for the Boston Red Sox and Cincinnati Reds from 1995- 1998 and also worked as a fund accountant at Brown Brothers Harriman in Boston. Sarah Foley has been a consistent top producing Real Estate since 2013. Prior to her real estate sales career, she owned and operated Octavia’s, a successful boutique business in Duxbury for 11 years. Being in sales and customer service for over 20 years has helped her navigate and guide clients through the real estate process. She loves the one-on-one customer service, building lifelong relationships with clients, and being an advisor in all the aspects of selling and buying. Sarah currently resides in Kingston with her husband Albert, her daughter Maya and her son Mason. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her kids, taking nature walks and going to the beach. She is active in the community, serving as a volunteer in various local fundraising activities.
