After 10+ years in the Manhattan Corporate world, in 2017 Kate transitioned to real estate and joined her family business of real estate investment and property management. She owns, and manages, many commercial properties, and is heavily involved in renovating investment properties. Kate is licensed in both NY and CT, and is a consistent top producer. She is motivated, committed, and takes pride in being a firm, yet transparent and honest realtor. Kate is known to those close to her as the meticulous event and travel planner, and she carries this need for perfection and organization throughout every step of the listing and marketing process. Kate resides on Lake Mahopac with her young family, and on her off time enjoys trying new restaurants and watching her children's sport and lake activities.
