While I am certified in both commercial and residential as a real estate broker, I can't choose one over the other. I enjoy, and am good, at both because they are different yet complementary in my increasing skill set for my clients.

Personal

I moved to Westchester in 1996 from New York City when my daughter was one year old. Having been born and raised in Manhattan it took a bit of getting used to, but shortly I decided I could never move back. After obtaining my Marketing degree in 1989, I worked in corporate sales achieving the position of National Account Manager until I was promoted to the real estate division as a corporate manager to negotiate leases with Class A office buildings around the country. Getting on a plane twice a week grew very tiring and I missed my daughter very much. I did, however, enjoy real estate transactions so I switched to residential to be close to home and have been here ever since helping people and investors rather than shareholders

Experience

My father was a foreign correspondent for the London Daily Telegraph so we traveled globally, a month at a time, for our summer vacations. This gave me a unique cultural experience enabling me to have a curiosity about all people. Listening become my favorite tool.
