Tracy Griffin is committed to helping all homeowners understand and even enjoy the exciting process of buying or selling a home. Tracy grew up traveling across the United States and came to the northeast to attend Emerson College while living in Beacon Hill. Since settling down in the South End almost 25 years ago, she has observed the restoration of the historic Boston neighborhood and noticed how the improvement in surroundings have allowed the residents to flourish. This connection between location and quality of life is what has prompted Tracy to transition from her 30+ year career in the hospitality industry to real estate. From the restaurant industry, Tracy brings connections to general contractors, project managers as well as the knowledge to source for all types of equipment, appliances, flooring and furnishing to help create a beautiful home. Along with her keen eye, organizational skills, and uncanny ability to find home storage solutions in any space, large or small, Tracy is able to provide her clients with not only the know-how to get into a new place, but other professional services to make their new purchase into a comfortable and peaceful place to call home. In her free time, Tracy enjoys entertaining, gardening, traveling, and rooting for her home team at Fenway Park.
